Important Update: MGC Diagnostics Transitions to Direct Sales in Canada

To our valued customers.   Effective May 1, 2026, MGC Diagnostics will transition to a direct sales and service model within Canada. While Novus Medical will no longer be your primary point of contact for MGC equipment sales or technical support, we are committed to ensuring you have the resources you need for a seamless transition.

Novus will however, remain your main point of contact for MGC service parts, supplies and consumables.  For the time being, Novus will be warehousing MGC parts and supplies as MGC Diagnostics works towards establishing their Canadian Business Entity. Novus will also provide warranty service and service under contract, on your MGC Diagnostics devices purchased prior to May 1^st, 2026, from Novus Medical.  After the  warranty or service contract expires, or for any devices purchased from MGC Diagnostics, after May 1, 2026, service will be initiated through MGC Diagnostics.

Novus will continue to be your dedicated supplier for the essential consumables you rely on daily.  We will continue to provide:

• • Pulmonary Filters
  • Nose clips,
  • Calibration Syringe exchange program,
  • LiteAir MDI holding chambers.

This announcement does not affect the sales and service of any of our other product lines, that Novus Medical represents.

Cardio-pulmonary diagnostics is, and always will be, in our DNA. While our relationship with MGC Diagnostics is changing, our mission to bring the world’s best respiratory technology to Canada is only accelerating.

We are currently preparing to launch several new and exciting cardio-pulmonary technologies that we believe will redefine the standard of care and serviceability. The latest of which is the Lothar Medical ALDS PRO, a desktop pulmonary diagnostic device that provides Spirometry, FeNO, and Oscillometry.
